BoltNagi PC’s Labor and Employment Practice Group specializes in representing management in labor and employment matters. Attorney Ravinder S. Nagi chairs the practice group and over the last ten years has represented numerous local and multinational corporations in the various industries that make up our diverse business environment. The Labor and Employment practice group specializes in all areas of employment law, including: drafting employment contracts, employee handbooks, personnel policies, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, arbitration agreements, defending wrongful termination ( ” VI Wrongful Discharge Act ” ) claims, plant closings, Title VII discrimination suits, sexual harassment, and whistleblowing charges. In addition, the firm specializes in labor law, including: union avoidance practices, union campaigns and election petitions, NLRB unfair labor practices (ULP) charges, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements (CBA).

Attorney Nagi has extensive experience defending wrongful discharge and wage claims at the VI Dept. of Labor, Title VII actions before the EEOC and in Federal District Court, ULP charges before the NLRB, and dealing with various local and nationally-based unions including the Virgin Islands Workers Union (VIWU), Our Virgin Islands Labor Union (OVILU), and the United Steelworkers- AFL-CIO-CLC (USW).
