Mark A. Kragel, Esq. joined BoltNagi, P.C. in 2015 as the firm’s Senior Litigation Associate. Attorney Kragel’s practice focuses on litigation defense work concentrated on personal injury, employment, construction and contractual matters.

Attorney Kragel was born in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri Kansas City – School of Law in 2005. Upon passing the Missouri bar that same year, Attorney Kragel immediately began litigating cases before the bench and juries in and around St. Louis, Missouri.

In 2010, Attorney Kragel relocated to the U.S. Virgin Islands to become Deputy General Counsel for the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority. In 2014, Attorney Kragel was selected to serve as the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s Assistant General Counsel which position he held until coming to BoltNagi, P.C.

Along with his significant litigation experience, Attorney Kragel brings to BoltNagi, P.C. his comprehensive background in developing, planning, negotiating and, if necessary, contesting contractual matters involving both private and governmental projects. In addition, Attorney Kragel brings to BoltNagi’s clients a thorough grasp of the intricacies and complexities involving the interplay between private business and the Virgin Islands Government such as permitting and environmental concerns among others.    ,

Attorney Kragel is also a licensed minister, an active church member, a proud father of two and avid outdoors adventurer.
