Services – Affordable Housing

Lawyers at BoltNagi, PC are familiar with the numerous territorial and federal housing agencies that are involved in affordable housing industry. Over the past decade, we have represented a variety of clients in the planning and development of affordable housing projects throughout the United States Virgin Islands and have coordinated those efforts from the outset of the project. The Real Estate Group works with other practice groups to provide experience in the areas of Real Estate Development, Land Use Planning and Environmental Regulation. In addition, we assist clients in the preparation, review and defense of various applications for funding before the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority, including utilization of Section 42 Affordable Housing Tax Credits.
