Chris Sanderson

Chris Sanderson joined BoltNagi in 2023 as a key member of the firm’s Real Estate and Financial Services, as well as Corporate, Tax & Estate Planning groups. With a focus on transactional law, Chris brings his expertise in commercial and residential real estate transactions, real property development and finance, business formation, commercial lending, and estate planning.

Before joining BoltNagi, Chris worked at the Law Office of Kathryn J. DePree in Cruz Bay, St. John, that focused on real estate transactions, business formation, and estate planning. Since moving from Boston to St. John in 2012, Chris has embraced the community, involved in events such as the Light Up the Night Walk-a-thon, Team River Runner’s Chaotic Kayak and the 8 Tuff Miles Road Race.

Chris started his legal career in 2008 after being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, where he practiced in general civil litigation, concentrating in both personal injury and family law. He is now admitted to practice in both the U.S. Virgin Islands and Massachusetts and stays connected with the latest legal developments through his membership with the American Bar Association and their Real Property Trust & Estate Law Section.
